Buying Bulgarian Property

Real estate agents share that the purchase of an apartment in Bulgarian sea and mountain resorts is fulfilled via Internet with several emails. Usually for the buyers it is sufficient to see the price, building and apartment scheme of their future home, whereupon they conclude a preliminary agreement and are coming to Bulgaria for signing the final contract. Company establishment is not required for this deals, for they don’t buy land.

The situation with sales of houses is a little bit different - foreigners are much more emotional and the volume of correspondence before the final decision is larger. Buyers are also willing to take a look of the property and the surroundings before the purchase. In this way the registration of a company is also needed, because the houses are sold with the courtyard.
